Back in the early 2000’s we were pioneers in city centre living in Cardiff, buying Fanum House, the former AA building on Newport Road for Taywood Home (now Taylor Wimpey) and then selling the 100 convert apartments.

In and around Penarth, we have been involved in most of the developments that have been taken place over recent years.

These include advising the developers and selling the apartments in Balmoral Quay, the converted Victorian Baths on the seafront. And three further exclusive developments of luxury apartments on Marine Parade, Alexandra House on Beach Road, and in the former Raisdale Hotel.

We also sold the 17 apartments and mews houses when the former Royal Hotel was converted back in 2003.

Around the same time, we advised and sold 6 loft-style apartments in the converted Woodland Hall in Woodland Place, a Listed building designed by Coates Carter the renowned local Arts and Crafts architect. 

More recently, we’ve advised and sold single and small developments in Station Road, Victoria Avenue and Rectory Lane, and sold a small development of town houses and bungalows in Lower Penarth. 

On a larger scale, we were the selling agents for both David Wilson Homes on Caversham Park, a development of over 100 homes in lower Penarth, and for Crest Nicholson on Penarth Heights, where they built over 300 homes on a unique headland location close to the town centre.
